Dr. Dale Rummer has been the driving force, patient coach, tireless worker, encouraging voice, and wind beneath the sails of the IEEE in Kansas City.

Dr. Rummer is a published author and a nationally recognized expert witness.

Dale was the 1999 IEEE Region 5 Outstanding Member. His lifetime achievements (both in and outside the IEEE) are the stuff of legend.
