Bylaws

Section bylaws are established for the purpose of governing the operation and administration of the section.

Proposed bylaw changes shall be delivered to Section Executive Committee members 20 days before the Executive Committee meeting. Two-thirds approval is required to approve new, amended, or revoked bylaws.

Bylaws must be in consonance with IEEE constitution, bylaws, and policy and procedures.

Bylaw changes shall be submitted to the Regional Director for approval, with such approval reported to the Regional Activities Board.
