EXCOM January 12, 2010 meeting to order 12:00.

1. We want registration cooperation from all societies to get registration RSVP’s by Thursdays, one week in

advance to Hilton Gardens. Call in Friday to Sharon Bellinfante, Hilton Gardens (913) 253-3211.

2. IEEE L-31 reports should be filed by the Chapter or Affinity Group and ccéd to the Section Executive Officers.

3. Some 2009 L-31 reports need to be filed. L-31 reports will be reviewed by Vishwa Soni and resolved.

4. The Budget Report was reviewed. All questions were answered. Dave Kasper motioned to approve,

Plamon Doynov second. The budget was approved.

5. Sara Stephens has the GOLD meeting under control with help from Dave Kasper. Jim Serber will present his

paper, Ann Zimmerman with Project Lead the Way presenting, and Angela Oguna will present her paper.

6. Chris Zugelder will check future RSVP emails for the rest of the year. Make note of new location in

February email.

7. Old Business: None

8. New Business:

a. Gifts to the presenters (pens, pointers, flashlight, IEEE pocket knife) – Dave Kasper.

b. Give student members a free membership if attendance number is met. – Cale motion, Matt second.
