A quorum was present: Bill Hudson, Earl Wilcox, Randy Smischny, Bob Groh, Mark Lamendola. Representing Com Society was Jason Torrey.

1. Approved establishment of a compensated advertising manager, based on contract posted on Website. All that remains is finding a candidate.
2. Approved the idea of bringing seminars to KC, but not in the year 2000.
3. May Banquet: Approved $26 menu, with $18 charge per person.
4. Approved extending voting privileges to Dale Rummer, effectively making him Chairman Emeritus for the balance of 2000.
5. Read through action items list, noted progress on items that don't require funding.
