We had a quorum: Bill Hudson, Earl Wilcox, Randy Smischny, Bob Groh, Mark Lamendola. Representing Com Society was Jason Torrey.

After much discussion about the budget, we voted to use the 1999 budget. With our drop in NL advertising, budget financing is severely limited.
