We had a quorum. Present were Dale Rummer, Earl Wilcox, Randy Smischny, Bob Groh, Jason Torrey, Bill Hudson, Barry Clegg, David Seematter, Jack Sippel, Saad Siddiqi, Mark Ahmadi, and Mark Lamendola.

This meeting did not stick to the agenda. Basically, we reached the conclusion that we could not support the budget as proposed. The resolution was to adopt last year's budget, sans the advertising revenue from the newsletter and some revisions from Bob Groh.

The meeting ran from 0900 to 0945.
