The above focus areas aim at uniting computing theories and technologies with industrial-strength practices to provide a solid education in software development and management, Internet and communication technologies and information security. All areas will emphasize proven practices and modern skills. Teamwork and group-projects will be common. The CurriculumThe MS IT program has a thesis and non-thesis option. The thesis option requires 24 credit hours of course work and 6 hours of thesis, while the non-thesis option requires 33 credit hours of course work.
