- The Kansas City IEEE Consultants' Network is affiliated with the Kansas City Section of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Alliance of IEEE Consultants Networks (AICN). The IEEE is the world's largest technical professional society, with over 320,000 members
