Officer Job Description: Chapter Secretary (Society or Chapter)

The Chapter Secretary:

  1. Sets up the dinner meeting autoresponder for the Chapter's dinner meetings (preferably in December of the preceding year).
  2. Takes dinner meeting registration via e-mail.
  3. Produces the nametags (e.g., via MailMerge).
  4. Produces the sign-in and payment form (usually a spreadsheet).
  5. Sends a meeting report to the Section Secretary. Basically, it's the program info and headcount.

Other duties may arise.
