Business Information Center

The Business Information Center (BIC) contains the business intelligence the Section uses to operate and to fulfill its strategic plan. It is our reference area for procedures and other documents. The BIC contains everything an officer needs to know (we have the KC Communities for collaboration purposes). This resource has been in place since 1997, and was formerly known as the XCOM directory or XCOM folder.
