Menu: Spinach Salad

Baby spinach tossed with roasted red peppers, red onions, cashews and the house tahini vinegrette (topped with thinly sliced grilled chicken). Served with a fresh chilled gazpacho.

Vegetarian option: Salad with marinated grilled eggplant.
Includes salad, dinner rolls, chefs choice of dessert, iced tea, and water.
Gluten-free dessert option: Strawberry sorbet.

Program: Von McConnell, Director - 4G Technology and Technology Labs Sprint, will speak on The present and future of 4G technologies.

Times: No-Host Social Hour: 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Dinner Hour: 6:30 - 7:30 PM
Program: 7:30 - 8:30PM

Charge: Dinner $25/20* for members & guests, students $10. No charge for presentation.
*The second price reflects your registration discount, if you register by the deadline.
Dinner reservation deadline is noon on June 04.
