  • Sautéed mushrooms with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese served on a bed of penne pasta, grilled chicken, and topped with Italian cheeses. Served with seasonal vegetables
  • Vegetarian option: Creamed spinach with sweet potatoes and glazed carrots
  • Gluten-free option: Same as entrée but on a bed of rice instead of penne pasta

Program: Dr. Reza Derakhshani will speak on the current and future developments in biometrics--where it is and where it's heading. Given the recent digital revolution and sociopolitical realities, we will soon be encountering biometrics in many aspects of our lives. Dr. Derakhshani will discuss the strengths and vulnerabilities of current biometric systems. He will be conclude with a discussion of the possible future trends in biometrics research and their potential positive and negative implications.
