Jay Caspary, Manager of Planning with SPP in Little Rock, AR, will provide an overview of the recent and expected developments regarding the planning and operations of the transmission system in its 8-state footprint. SPP is preparing a RTO Expansion Plan which will address
not only the reliability needs, but also the economic expansion opportunities in
the region. Expansion of the bulk transmission system has become a top priority
for SPP. Location: Wyndham Garden Hotel, I-435 & Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS.
Charge: Dinner $25/20* for members & guests, students $15. No charge for
