IEEE Kansas City Section April Meeting

Program: We will meet at the Wyndham for dinner, then proceed to the Sprint Visual Communications Center (VCC) for a tour. No speaker, but tour will include mini-presentations related to video and audio technologies.

Tour Location: Sprint VCC.
Directions to the Sprint VCC from Wyndham: South on Metcalf to 119th Street. East on 119th to LaMar. North at LaMar to Sprint Parkway. Park in Garage P towards the Northwest side of parking garage. Guests may park in spaces reserved for "Sprint Experience" guests. 6300 Sprint Parkway (VCC) is on the North West side of Parking Garage P.

Dinner Location: Wyndham Garden Hotel, I-435 & Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS.

Dir: Exit I-435 Metcalf Ave N. Go 1/4 km to 107th St. Turn right. Take immed. right @ BP. Go 100 meters; hotel is on your left.


Times: No-Host Social Hour: 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Dinner Hour: 6:30 - 7:30 PM
Tour: 7:30 - 8:30PM

Charge: Dinner $25/20* for members & guests, students $15. No charge for presentation.
*The second price reflects your registration discount, if you register by the deadline.
Dinner reservation deadline is noon on Monday, April 12.

The cash bar at mealtime now offers added variety to your beverage options:
