6. New Senior Member

Congratulations to Jeffrey D. Stepp, of the Communication Society, for his promotion to IEEE Senior Member.

 7. Travel Document Service

This service offers "Access From Anywhere to Personal Information."

What happens if you're traveling abroad and lose your passport, or worse, get so sick you can't give the doctor a medical history? This is where a new document-storage service from the IEEE Financial Advantage Program can help. It stores copies of your important papers, including your medical records, for immediate transmission to wherever the information is needed.

 8. Thought for the Day

Most of us extend cheer and good wishes throughout the holidays. Do you do this the rest of the year? The effect on your career alone can make it well worth doing.

Wishing you the best,

Mark Lamendola
IEEE-KC Publications Officer
