Program: The Essentials of Time Management: 45 minutes that will save you hours. This program will show you how to accomplish more, accomplish better, and reduce stress while doing so. You'll see how to identify and eliminate the largest timewasters, and how to use time as your ally. Turn time into opportunity, and opportunity into achievement. You have only so much time in every day. You can't create more, but with the right approach, you can optimally manage what you've got.
