People like Dave Kasper and Jim Brooke can tell you about the benefits of volunteering. But, they are far from being the only ones who are excited about this means of expanding your network and opportunities while experiencing personal growth. If you're wondering how to kick your career into warp-drive, come to a dinner meeting soon and meet some of the volunteers in the IEEE, Kansas City Section. Ask them to tell you their thoughts on the subject. Share your concerns, and see how you may be able to put the power of volunteering to work for you. If you haven't given this much thought, do so now. And then put thought into action! |
Wishing you the best,
Mark Lamendola
